We just could not celebrate St Patricks day without having an Irish coffee.

Ingredients
300
ml
black coffee
freshly brewed strong

tsp
brown sugar
100
ml
Irish whiskey
4
tbsp
double cream
slightly whipped
Instructions
Pour the coffee into glasses then add in the sugar and whiskey and stir.
Gently pour the cream over the back of a tablespoon to sit on the top of the coffee.
Do not stir – drink the coffee through the cream
