Taking peaches to a whole new level of deliciousness. Grilling them enhances their sweet flavour. This makes a perfect breakfast or light summer dessert to share with friends and family.
Brush both sides of the peaches with a little olive oil then place into the hot griddle. They will sizzle immediately.
Place the honey and orange juice and zest into a small saucepan and heat until boiling then turn down the heat, stir for a minute or two then remove from the heat.
After a couple of minutes turn the peach slices over to griddle on the other side.
Take a large serving platter and place the griddled peaches down first. Drop the
Greek yoghurt over the peaches, sprinkle with the granola then pour over the sweet sauce.Top with the goji berries and enjoy!
