Ingredients
250-300grcalamari
garlic and parsley oil
Instructions
Keeping the calamari whole, slice it into sections as shown in the image.
Place onto a hot plate or into a hot frying pan with a little olive oil and cook until golden on both sides.
Once cooked, place onto a plate twisting into a circular shape and place any additional pieces decoratively on top.
Generously drizzle with a dressing of olive oil, chopped parsley and crushed garlic.
