  • Repeat until all moulds are coated in the chocolate then place in the fridge to set
  • Once set, drop a teaspoon of the coconut mixture into each mould and press down to provide a flat surface
Drop another teaspoon of the melted chocolate on top of the coconut mixture and brush to cover the whole surface
  • Once all have been covered in the chocolate, place back in the fridge once more to set
  • Once fully set, turn out onto a platter and using the paint-brush and melted chocolate, dab a little melted chcolate onto the top of each chocolate and top with a candy (I used hearts wich look super cute)
  • These will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks (but you do know that they will not last that long!!)

Notes

I used a rubber mould with small semi-circles to make these but you can just use mini muffin cases or chocolate moulds, whatever you have.
