Whipped Strawberry Dream
Remember fruit, jelly and ice cream as a child? Well, this whipped strawberry dream is a much more elegant grown up version of my memories of this.
Ingredients
- ⅓ packet of strawberry gelatine One 3oz
- whipped fresh double cream 1 8oz packet of cool whip
- 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Make the jelly as per the packet instructions then pour half a cup into a separate jug and leave to cool a little
- Pour the remaining jelly liquid into four serving glasses then add the sliced strawberries into each glass
- Place in the fridge to set preferably overnight
- Mix the cool whip or whipped cream with the cooled half a cup of jelly mixture then place into a large piping bag and place in the fridge
- When ready to serve, pipe the strawberry cool whip on top of the set strawberry jelly and top with a dollop of whipped cream or more cool whip and a fresh strawberry
- Keep chilled until time to eat
