Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
A protein power snack. Make in large batches and store in an airtight container.

Ingredients

gr
chickpeas drained
2
tsp
rapeseed oil
1
tsp
smoked paprika
1
tsp
ground cumin
1
tsp
ground coriander
Instructions
Wash the chickpeas and dry well.
Place in a bowl and add the oil and spices and toss until coated.
Tip onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180oc for around 35 minutes stirring half way through.
Leave to cool on the tray.
