Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

A protein power snack. Make in large batches and store in an airtight container.

Ingredients

  • 800 gr chickpeas drained
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander

Instructions

  • Wash the chickpeas and dry well.
    Place in a bowl and add the oil and spices and toss until coated.
  • Tip onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180oc for around 35 minutes stirring half way through.
  • Leave to cool on the tray.
