Pulse the almonds and coconut in a food processor then add the dates and pulse until combined.Add the cashew nuts and a tablespoon of coconut oil and pulse againThe aim is a thick sticky mixture so you may need to keep adding more coconut oil until you reach this.
Pour into the baking tin then cover with another piece of greaseproof paper and flatter down and make smooth.
Chill for 30 minutes then remove and slice into bars.
