Baked Barbecue Chicken
This baked barbecue chicken recipe really is finger licking good.

Ingredients

chicken thighs and drumsticks

white onions

tomato ketchup

gr
light brown sugar

apple cider vinegar

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce

tbsp
molasses

tsp
onion powder

tsp
mustard powder

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except the chicken and onions together in a large bowl. Blitz in a blender until smooth if you prefer a smooth sauce.
Remove about one quarter of the sauce then add the chicken to the rest. Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
Heat the oven to 200ºc.
Place the sliced onions onto a foil lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil.
Place the marinated chicken skin side up on top and cover with foil. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes then remove from the oven.
Turn the grill on.
Brush the chicken with the reserved barbeque sauce and place under the grill until the chicken is crispy and browned and the sauce bubbling.
