roasted and salted peanuts
chopped (150g)
Instructions
Line a 9-inch (23cm) baking tin with foil and grease well.
Place the butter and cream into a medium saucepan and heat until just about to simmer.
Add in the caramels and continue cooking until fully melted into a smooth, glossy mixture.
Stir in the cereal and peanuts, then pour into the prepared tin, spreading evenly.
Melt the chocolate and pour over the caramel peanut mixture, spreading to cover the base.
Refrigerate until fully set, usually a few hours.
Remove from the tin and cut into squares.
