Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 15 oz container of plain cottage cheese
  • cups of frozen berries
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of granola
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese, two cups of the frozen berries, the brown sugar and one of the sliced bananas into a blender. Blend until smooth and combined.
  • Divide between bowls then top with the remaining berries, the sliced banana and the granola.
