Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

A healthy cookie dough – yes please! Packing a punch of protein as well as flavor – the best guilt free treat ever!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese 240g
  • 2 cups almond flour 192g
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 scoops Sun Warrior Active Vanilla Protein
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips 175g
  • 4 oz vanilla soy milk 120ml

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla soy milk, and vanilla extract into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Tip into a bowl and then stir in the almond flour.
  • Add the chocolate chips and fold through the dough.
  • Enjoy!
