A healthy cookie dough – yes please! Packing a punch of protein as well as flavor – the best guilt free treat ever!

vanilla extract

chocolate chips

Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla soy milk, and vanilla extract into a blender and blend until smooth.
Tip into a bowl and then stir in the almond flour.
Add the chocolate chips and fold through the dough.
