Cottage Cheese Fruity Breakfast Bowl

Cottage cheese has never been so popular and is even becoming a breakfast staple. Mixed here with Greek yogurt, syrup, and fruit results in a super delicious and healthy start to the day.

  • ½ cup plain cottage cheese 115g
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt 115g
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans 15g
  • Maple syrup to drizzle
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle

Instructions

  • Mix together the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, lay the sliced apple on top. Sprinkle over the chopped pecans and drizzle over maple syrup.
  • Sprinkle over a little cinnamon if desired.
