Quick and delicious Five Spice Beef Skewers with a refreshing mint lime yoghurt dip. Perfect finger food for a fast, flavorful meal with seasonal flavors.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Slice the steak thinly against the grain. Place it in a bowl with the soy sauce and five spice powder. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and chill for 10 minutes.
Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers. Cook on a grill or in a skillet covered, about 6 minutes total, turning to char all sides.
While the beef cooks, mix the Greek yoghurt with the zest and juice of one lime and the chopped fresh mint to make the dip.
Serve the skewers on a platter with the lime-mint yoghurt dip and lime wedges on the side.
