Fresh Orange and Mango Juice

A quick, refreshing juice made with fresh mango, orange, and lime - sweetened with honey and served over ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mangoes peeled, seed removed, and chopped (about 330g)
  • cups fresh orange juice 360ml
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • cups cold water 300ml
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Place the mangoes, orange juice, and lime juice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour through a sieve into a pitcher, then stir in the water and honey.
  • Serve over ice with slices of fresh orange, or chill in the fridge for up to one week.
