Maple Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a pan and allow to dissolve without stirring over a medium heat.
Allow to boil for around 8-10 minutes until the temperature reaches 230°F (110ºC).
Allow to cool then store in a glass jar.
Notes
Don’t stir the mixture while it dissolves—just let the heat do its thing.
Store this in a jar, and it’ll last for a few weeks.
