Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
This recipe will convert even the non Brussels Sprouts lovers. Crispy sprouts with the sharp and salty cheese - it's the perfect side dish for any meal.

of trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts

of salt

of freshly cracked black pepper

of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF / 200ºC degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
Toss the sprouts in olive oil and season with the salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer on the baking sheet.
Roast until golden and tender, around 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle over the cheese and finish off with a little more cracked black pepper.
