Preheat the oven to 375ºF / 190ºC and grease a muffin tin.
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Add in the drained peas and stir.
Pour evenly between six muffin holes in the tin.
Top with ¾ of the crumbled feta cheese then place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes until the eggs have set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the tin and sprinkle over the remaining feta cheese.
