Ingredients

mayonnaise

shredded rotisserie chicken

chopped celery

Romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add in the chicken, celery and almonds. Toss to coat every thing.
Lay large romaine lettuce leaves onto a platter and fill each one with the chicken salad.
Add a little cracked black pepper and serve.
