Perfect Pancake Breakfast Board

Ingredients
For the fluffy pancakes:

Instructions
Method for the pancakes
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Combine the egg, milk and melted butter in a jug.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Do not over mix.
Grease a griddle pan over medium heat and pour ¼ cupfuls of the batter onto the griddle.
Wait until bubbles form on the top of the pancake before flipping over to brown the other side.
Other ingredients for the breakfast board
Lay the pancakes down the center of the board and surround them with the berries and bananas.
Place the bowls of the peanut butter, yoghurt and chocolate spread around the board and the stick of sliced butter on one end.
Place the maple syrup and raspberry sauce on opposite ends of the board
