Raspeberry Sorbet
Cool off with this refreshing raspberry sorbet recipe! Made with just three ingredients, it’s a quick, vegan-friendly dessert perfect for summer days or as a light, fruity ending to dinner.

Ingredients

powdered sugar
90g

cups
fresh or frozen raspberries

fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and combined.
Pour into serving dishes and cover and freeze for one hour.
Stir then return to the freezer for a further 90 minutes until firm.
Remove from the freezer ten minutes prior to serving and top with additional fresh raspberries dusted with powdered sugar.
