Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
  • 2 cups broccoli florets 200g
  • 1 lb beef flank steak 450g
  • 6 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • While the steak is cooking, add chow mein noodles to the same boiling water used for the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse.

  • Stir in the oyster sauce and soy sauce, then add the noodles. Toss everything together and cook for 1 more minute until heated through.
  • Serve in large bowls with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
