Snowball Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

desiccated coconut

condensed milk
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170oc.
Mix together the coconuts, condensed milk, salt and vanilla in a bowl.
Mix the egg whites in an electric mixer until they form firm peaks then fold into the coconut mixture.
Using an ice cream scoop, drop the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes until perfectly toasted on top.
