Ingredients

cooked chicken
sliced into thick slices (450g)

cup
soy sauce
60ml

tbsp
runny honey
2
tbsp
sweet chili sauce
1
tbsp
wholegrain mustard
2
tsp
groundnut oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF / 200ºC degrees.
Mix together all the ingredients except the chicken in a bowl then add in the chicken and stir to coat well.
Place into a roasting tin and place in the oven for 15–20 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
Serve with cauliflower rice or in lettuce cups.
