To me Blondies are basically Brownies but without the chocolate yet equally if not even more delicious. If you have never tried them then you are seriously missing out.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180ºc and grease and line a 20cm square tin.
Whisk the butter and sugar in a bowl and add in the egg and vanilla. Mix together the dry ingredients excluding the chips and add into the butter mixture.
Stir in the chips then pour into the baking tin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
Allow to cool in the tin then cut into squares and try not to eat them all to yourself.
