Mini smoked Salmon Sandwich with Dill Sour Cream
Salmon combined with the dill sour cream, tangy lemon and capers make this the perfect bite.

Ingredients

sour cream

chopped dill

lemon juice
salt

rye bread
packet
smoked salmon
dill
lemon zest
capers
black pepper
Instructions
Mix together the sour cream, chopped dill and lemon juice with a pinch of salt. Spread generously onto slices of rye bread.
Top with slices of smoked salmon.
Sprinkle a few capers onto each slice, a little lemon zest, season with cracked black pepper.
Garnish with sprigs of dill and lemon.
