- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- slices rye bread
- packet smoked salmon
- lemon zest
- black pepper
Mix together the sour cream, chopped dill and lemon juice with a pinch of salt. Spread generously onto slices of rye bread.
Top with slices of smoked salmon.
Sprinkle a few capers onto each slice, a little lemon zest, season with cracked black pepper.
Garnish with sprigs of dill and lemon.
