Rosemary Lamb Chops Served With Israeli Couscous

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp rosemary fresh
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 8 lamb chops on the bone

Instructions

  • Place the olive oil in a pan and heat on medium.

  • Combine the rosemary, salt, pepper and olive oil and rub into the chops.

  • Heat a large frying pan over a high heat and place the lamb chops into the pan.

  • Cook for three minutes on each side for medium rare.
