Inspired by my daughter (and her excellent taste!), this Greek feta dip is a summer party must-have. Creamy cheeses whipped with lemon and dill, then topped with crunchy cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, and salty olives. It’s refreshing, colorful, and scooped up in seconds!
