Light, fruity, and just a little bit cheeky - this fresh white sangria is sunshine in a glass.

Fresh White Sangria

Make it ahead, serve it cold, and let the fruit soak up all that gorgeous flavor.
Servings 4 -6 people

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 750 ml bottle of Chablis white wine
  • 2 oz brandy
  • 1.5 cups cold sparkling water
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 medium pear sliced
  • 1 medium peach sliced
  • ¼ cup sugar

Instructions

  • In a pitcher stir together the wine, sugar and brandy until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add in the sliced lemons, strawberries, peaches and pears and stir to separate.
  • Chill for at least two hours to allow the fruit to permeate into and flavor the wine and brandy.
  • Just before serving, add the club soda and stir.
  • Serve over ice.
