Chocolate, peanuts, peanut butter, vanilla – do you need anything more in a snack? The most delicious sweet and ever so slightly salty bite that will leave to wanting more and more and more.
Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Chocolate, peanuts, peanut butter……..Need I say anymore???
Ingredients
- 12 oz vanilla flavor candy coating almond bark (340g)
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 340g
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter 60g
- 1 cup lightly salted roasted peanuts 150g
- 3 cups puffed corn cereal 85g
Instructions
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place the chocolate chips, candy coating, and peanut butter into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until melted, combined, and smooth.
- Stir in the cereal and peanuts until they are completely coated.
- Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the lined baking sheets.
- Chill for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Store between layers of parchment in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
