Creamy Berry Ice Pops

Superfood treat

These creamy berry ice pops are refreshing, wholesome, and a fun treat to keep stocked in the freezer year-round.

There are certain recipes I love to keep on hand that are simple, quick, and always a hit in the Nevilles’ house – and these creamy berry ice pops are one of them. With just three ingredients and a few minutes of prep, you can have a freezer full of wholesome treats ready to enjoy whenever the craving hits.

The beauty of this recipe is its versatility. I usually make mine with a mix of berries, but you can stick with strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries depending on what you’ve got on hand. Fresh or frozen berries both work wonderfully, and mashing them by hand leaves little chunks that give the pops such a lovely texture. If you prefer them completely smooth, a quick blitz in the blender does the trick.

The addition of honey is just enough to bring out the natural sweetness of the fruit without making the pops overly sugary. Folding in creamy Greek yogurt creates that luscious, indulgent feel while keeping the recipe packed with protein and goodness. The end result is a frozen pop that feels like a treat but is nourishing enough for an after-school snack, post-workout cool down, or a light dessert at the end of the day.

Another reason I love these? They’re freezer-friendly and last for weeks, so you can always have a batch ready to go. They’re the kind of recipe that feels special without any fuss – colorful, delicious, and perfect for both kids and adults.

So, next time you want something refreshing yet comforting, try these creamy berry ice pops. You’ll find they’re the kind of freezer staple that disappears as quickly as you make them.
