- 750 ml sweetened soya milk
- 50 gr sugar
- 100 gr pudding rice
- 15 gr vegan margarine
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
Heat the oven to 160oc and grease a 1.5l oven proof dish with vegan margarine.
Place the pudding rice, nutmeg and sugar in a large baking dish and mix well.
Pour over the milk and mix again.
Place in the oven for around two hours until the rice is soft and creamy and the top is set and golden.
