Be Prepared Frittata

I prep most ingredients the night before, and in the morning, I toss everything together and bake. It’s easy and gives a tasty, hearty breakfast without hassle.

Coconut Chia Pudding

Nutricious breakfast that takes just five minutes to prepare. Packed with chia seeds, creamy coconut milk, and fresh berries, it’s the perfect make-ahead option for a refreshing start to your day.

Salad Breakfast Bowl

I often eat salad for breakfast and I love it. It also makes it easier to get in my 7 a day portions of fruit and vegetables. This is a delicious filling breakfast bowl that will have everyone converted to salad eating to start their day the right way.

Flaky Cheddar Biscuits

So the Americans call biscuits what we would be more likely to call a scone in the UK or if placed into a stew of some-kind, maybe a dumpling. As with scones, they can be both sweet or savoury – but they are super popular here. This cheddar scone is wonderful served with manchego cheese and prosciutto or my favourite of brie and caramelised red onions.
