My sons two favourite desserts are chocolate brownies and cheesecake so i thought why not combine the two and even I was surprised at how good these turned out. Got me thinking about what other desserts I can combine??
My need to make everything look pretty has resulted in the Julie version of Eton mess and it not being so messy at all. Pillowy sweet cream, crisp meringue bites and sweet macerated strawberries, the perfect summer dessert.
These are like having dessert for breakfast, now who wouldn’t love that!
These white chocolate raspberry eclairs are pretty as a picture and simply summer on a plate. Choux pastry filled with sweet raspberry cream, topped with white chocolate – divine!
I am not sure what is the best part of these cinnamon buns, the soft sweet dough, the delicious warm cinnamon sugar in the centre or the whipped vanilla cream cheese frosting on the top, what I do know is that combined they are perfection!
A wonderful combination of ingredients to satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. The perfect finger food.
These are wonderful party canapes set in the middle of a table where everyone can help themselves – believe me there will not be many left at the end of the evening. A fantastic make ahead food too and hardly any effort or skill required.
These are not only totally delicious but really pretty too. Whenever I make these, there is a fight to get to them first when I place them on the table. Experiment with different toppings using what is in season throughout the year.
This baked barbecue chicken recipe really is finger licking good. Make extra sauce and keep in the fridge to use with other foods.
This is a wonderful creamy, rich starter or appetiser – and my daughters favourite! She often has one with crudités and bread for her main course.
