Just when you thought s’mores could not get any better, here comes frozen s’mores with chewy marshmallow fluff and cold and crunchy chocolate. Who needs a fire when you have a freezer!!!
These little handheld desserts take the campfire classic and give it an icy twist that’s fun, refreshing, and completely irresistible. With just four simple ingredients, you get the best of both worlds: the nostalgic flavors of graham crackers, marshmallow, and chocolate, plus the cool creaminess of ice cream.
The process couldn’t be easier. Start by layering graham crackers with a generous scoop of s’mores ice cream. Spread on marshmallow fluff, top with another cracker, and let the freezer do its work. Once they’re solid, dip half of each sandwich in melted chocolate for that crunchy coating everyone loves. Pop them back in the freezer, and before you know it, you’ve got a dessert that’s chewy, creamy, crispy, and chocolatey all in one bite.
These frozen s’mores are guaranteed to put a smile on everyone’s face. Kids will love the novelty of the cold, gooey middle, while adults can’t resist the hit of nostalgia. They’re also a lifesaver when you’re entertaining because you can make them ahead of time and pull them out just as guests arrive.
So skip the campfire and try this no-bake twist instead. Frozen s’mores might just become your new favorite way to enjoy this comfort food classic!
