In England I only ever really baked round or square cakes or cupcakes but on arrival here in the USA, I quickly leaned that the sheet cake was the most popular form of cake. It is so versatile, I soon realised why. This curry is a powerhouse of nutrients and literally bursting with flavour. The most delicious way to get your five a day!
I am tee total but my cocktail of choice on holiday would be a virgin colada so these flavours sing summer to me. Pineapple and coconut – tropical flavours make this the most wonderful special summer dessert.
Sweet and zesty, crispy and chewy and looking almost too good to eat – these sweet lime macarons are as delicious as they look. Store overnight in the fridge and they are even better the following day.
My need to make everything look pretty has resulted in the Julie version of Eton mess and it not being so messy at all. Pillowy sweet cream, crisp meringue bites and sweet macerated strawberries, the perfect summer dessert.
The refreshing citrus in this cheesecake makes it a light summer dessert that will be loved by all – and no baking required!
I should call this my proposal cake as it is so good it will definitely win the heart of the one you love. Moist chocolate cake, sweet strawberry buttercream and rich chocolate ganache. The writing will definitely read “Marry me” after tasting this!
People often avoid making macarons due to their reputation for being temperamental and difficult to make. Well, this recipe never fails so why not spoil the love of your life with these delicious chewy bites of perfection.
A light and fluffy cake, raspberry jam and delicious rich coconut frosting, this will certainly put a smile on your face on a cold, dull day.
I can see Santa being very happy if there are brownies left out for him on Christmas Eve. Plus the kids will have fun making them for him.
