- 225 gr cream cheese at room temperature
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup grated parmesan
- ½ cup grated mozzarella
- 1 14oz can of artichokes in water or brine chopped
- 170 gr frozen spinach thawed and excess liquid drained
- packet of tortillas
- olive oil
- parmesan for sprinkling
- salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 190oc and spray and baking dish with a little cooking oil.
In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, pepper and mozzarella.
Stir in the artichokes and spinach.
Spread the mixture into the baking dish and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes until melted and bubbling.
Meanwhile, slice some flour tortillas into chip sizes and place onto a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and cracked black pepper then sprinkle with parmesan.
Place in the oven to crisp for around 6-8 minutes.Serve with the dip.
