Artichoke Dip and Crispy Tortilla Chips


Creamy and cheesy, the perfect dip to share with friends (or eat all to yourself)

Artichoke Dip and Crispy Tortilla Chips

Servings 6 people
Total Time 30 minutes


  • 225 gr cream cheese at room temperature
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • cup grated parmesan
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 14oz can of artichokes in water or brine chopped
  • 170 gr frozen spinach thawed and excess liquid drained
  • packet of tortillas
  • olive oil
  • parmesan for sprinkling
  • salt and pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 190oc and spray and baking dish with a little cooking oil.
  • In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, pepper and mozzarella.
  • Stir in the artichokes and spinach.
  • Spread the mixture into the baking dish and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes until melted and bubbling.
  • Meanwhile, slice some flour tortillas into chip sizes and place onto a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and cracked black pepper then sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Place in the oven to crisp for around 6-8 minutes.
    Serve with the dip.
