S’mores Iced Coffee Shake
S’mores and iced coffee are iconic in the States, and combining them creates pure magic! Iced coffee outings with friends have become a favourite pastime of mine since moving here. This delightful blend of dessert and drink is simply heaven in a glass.
Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Large glass
Ingredients
- Jar of marshmallow crème
- ⅓ cup Equal parts cold brew and milk
- ice
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- Heavy cream
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Crumbled graham crackers
Instructions
- Whisk 1 tablespoon of marshmallow crème with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream until smooth. Add 3 more tablespoons of heavy cream and whisk until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside edges of a large glass and add 2–3 tablespoons of marshmallow crème at the bottom.
- Blend cold brew, milk, ice, and vanilla ice cream until smooth. Add a few tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs, blend again, and reserve some crumbs for garnish.
- Pour the mixture into the glass, top with whipped cream, and garnish with graham cracker crumbs and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
