Sautéed Wild Mushrooms

Mushrooms are very nutritious and full of proteins.

Ingredients

  • 500 gr mixed mushrooms, shiitake, crimini, oyster and portabello wiped clean
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 or 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large pan with the olive oil. 
  • Add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cook until softened around 10-15 minutes.

  • Add in the soy sauce and cook for a few more minutes then serve.
