- 500 gr mixed mushrooms, shiitake, crimini, oyster and portabello wiped clean
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 or 2 tbsp soy sauce
Melt the butter in a large pan with the olive oil.
Add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until softened around 10-15 minutes.
Add in the soy sauce and cook for a few more minutes then serve.
