Facelift Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries 150g
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries 150g
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cucumber chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach 60g
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 –2 cups fresh celery beet, and carrot juice (240–480ml, adjust for desired thickness)
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • Ice as needed
  • Optional: longevity supplements

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Start with 1 cup (240ml) of the fresh juice and blend until smooth.
  • Add more juice if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
  • Serve immediately over ice and enjoy that instant glow.
