Pan fried Calamari
Calamari is rich in protein therefore sustaining energy and building muscle. It is rich in anti oxidants and vitamin B12 as well as potassium, iron and phosphorous thus boosting the immune system, bone and blood cell health. The garlic and parsley oil makes this dish even more nutritious.
- 250-300 gr calamari
- garlic and parsley oil
- Keeping the calamari whole, slice it into sections as shown in the image.
- Place onto a hot plate or into a hot frying pan with a little olive oil and cook until golden on both sides.
- Once cooked, place onto a plate twisting into a circular shape and place any additional pieces decoratively on top.
- Generously drizzle with a dressing of olive oil, chopped parsley and crushed garlic.
