Spicy Fried Tofu
This is the quickest weeknight dinner packing a punch of flavour – vegan never was easier.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 250 gr hard tofu
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 3 tbsp tamari
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Grate the ginger then add to a bowl with the tamari, cumin and coriander.
- Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large pan over a medium/high heat and cover the base with olive oil then fry the tofu until crisp and golden.
- Serve with sautéed red onions and sugar snap peas.
