Baked Goat Cheese Dip with Toasted Ciabatta
It’s quick, fuss-free, and full of flavor. Whether you’re serving it as a dinner party starter, a movie night snack, or just treating yourself to a savory little moment—you’ve got to try this.

Ingredients
- 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion diced
- 8 oz log of creamy goats cheese
- 1 tbsp of chopped basil leaves plus more for garnish
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Loaf of ciabatta bread
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and add the diced onion.
- Saute over medium heat until softened around 5-6 minutes.
- Add in the can of crushed tomatoes and chopped basil and cook stirring frequently for 5-10 more minutes.
- Pour into a small oven proof dish and place slices of the goats cheese across the top plus a few more whole basil leaves.
- Place the dish onto a sheet pan and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the goats cheese is melted and the tomatoes bubbling.
- Slice the ciabatta loaf thickly and lay the slices of bread on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Place under the broiler until the bread is toasted then flip and toast the other side.
- Drizzle the bread with a little more olive oil and serve.
