- 4 boneless chicken breasts cut into goujons
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Mix together the olive oil, honey and paprika and add the chicken.
Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Heat a pan on medium high, then add in the chicken and cook for around 4/5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Serve with a green salad and potato wedges.
