Honouring my Irish Heritage

3.9K

So my mother is Irish and was born in Northern Ireland and only moved to the UK when she married my father. All my family on my mother’s side still live in Ireland so growing up I spent a lot of time there. These recipes remind me of many happy memories of my childhood in Ireland and are definitely a tribute to my mother.
