- 300 ml black coffee freshly brewed strong
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 100 ml Irish whiskey
- 4 tbsp double cream slightly whipped
Pour the coffee into glasses then add in the sugar and whiskey and stir.
Gently pour the cream over the back of a tablespoon to sit on the top of the coffee.
Do not stir – drink the coffee through the cream
