- 1 14oz can of coconut milk
- 1 chopped banana
- 1 cup chopped kiwi
- several kiwi slices
- ¼ pineapple chopped
Place the coconut milk, pineapple and banana into a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in the chopped kiwi.
Take ice lolly moulds and place slices of kiwi along the sides before filling with the mixture.
Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
