Finest Aged Fillet of Beef

Beef is an excellent source of the amino acid L-Carnitine which plays an important role in transporting fat in order to be used as a source of fuel for our body.

Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 400 g aged fillet of beef on the bone 
  • salt

Instructions

  • Season generously with large crystals of salt and place on the grill.
    This would work wonderfully on a barbeque. 
  • Remove from the grill, slice off the bone then slice the steak into strips.
  • Season with more salt before serving. 

Notes

Please note that the meat is cooked over charcoal. If using this method please ensure that this is done outdoors.
